Payment, Dispatch and Deliveries policy

We currently accept payment through PayPal via our online store. If you don’t have a Paypal account that’s fine, simply complete your purchase by choosing the ‘guest checkout’. You will be directed to Paypal’s website. Please pay using a credit or debit card. Remember to return to our online store to complete your order.

Other payment methods we accept include cheque, money order, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and direct deposit. If you would like to pay via one of these method, please contact us via sales@motoringdiary.com.au.

Motoring Diary will charge your card at the time of placing the order. If there are any supply issues, a member of our Customer Service team will be in touch to discuss your options.

All ‘pre-ordered’ diaries will be dispatched early to mid-December using Australia Post parcel post. A flat delivery fee of $14.95 will apply. Expect to receive your order within 5 working days (metro areas) and within 7 working days (regional areas). Our shipping notification email is your confirmation that your parcel has been dispatched. It contains your Tracking Number.

Note: The above times can vary, especially during peak times so please allow for delivery times when ordering for a gift or specific date.

Note: It is recommended that customers provide a delivery address where someone will be available to accept your delivery between 9 – 5pm. Otherwise your parcel will be re-directed to the nearest post office for you to collect.

All prices are listed in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Tracking your order

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email to confirm your order has been received and your payment has been processed.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order please contact sales@motoringdiary.com.au.

When your order has been dispatched you will receive another email with your consignment number.
