If any product was delivered faulty or damaged, Motoring Diary will replace the product within 30 days of delivery. However, proof of damage is required by way of a digital photo to confirm cause. Please notify us within 14 days via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond within 48 hours.
Refunds due to ‘change of mind’ will not be accepted, so please choose carefully.
If your order is returned to sender due to incorrect shipping information and we are not contacted with an alternative shipping address your order will be refunded.
